After the Onsite in a Box app has been configured on an iPad, event staff can change settings for the app on the iPad by tapping the Settings icon at the lower left.
To access the Settings for the app:
- After the app has been configured, tap the Settings icon
- If required, enter your passcode.
Switch Modes
As needed, you can switch the mode on an iPad.
To switch modes:
- After configuring the app, tap the Settings icon at the lower left.
- If required, enter your passcode.
- On the top right, tap Switch to Admin mode or Switch to Kiosk mode, depending on the mode the app is in.
- Click the (<) button to display the new mode.

Change Kiosk Settings
In Kiosk mode, event staff can change Kiosk settings for the app on the iPad.

Reset app | Resets the app, clearing all data (including check in and registration data). Warning: Do not reset the app until after the event has ended and all data has synced to the cloud.
