Using the app in Admin mode, event staff can perform assisted registration tasks, monitor the event's progress, change app settings, and manage attendees (look up, check-in, and register attendees; edit accounts; and print badges).

View Event Statistics
On the first tab, Statistics, view event check in and registration statistics.
To view statistics for your event:
- Tap the Settings icon at the lower left.
- (Conditional) If the app is not in Admin mode, tap Switch to Admin Mode, < Admin Mode.
- Tap the Statistics tab icon.

Manage Attendees
On the second tab, Attendees, manage attendees.
Check attendees in, edit attendee information, and reprint attendee badges.
View/Edit Attendee Profile
Look up attendees to view or edit their attendee profile.
To view /edit an attendee profile:
- Tap the Settings icon at the lower left.
- (Conditional) If the app is not in Admin mode, tap Switch to Admin Mode, < Admin Mode.
- Tap the Attendee tab icon.
A list of registered attendees displays.
If an attendee is checked in, a check mark displays to the right of the attendee's information. - Search for the attendee, then tap the name to open the attendee profile.
- Tap Edit.
- Make any changes, and then tap Done to save.
The profile is updated.
Check In or Undo Check In
To manage an attendee check in:
- Tap the Settings icon at the lower left.
- (Conditional) If the app is not in Admin mode, tap Switch to Admin Mode, < Admin Mode.
- Tap the Attendee tab icon.
- Search for the attendee, then tap the name to open the attendee profile.
- Do either of the following:
- Tap Check-in to check in the attendee.
- Tap Undo Check-in to undo the attendee check in.
Print Attendee Badge
Event staff can print the badge of attendees that have checked in.
To print an attendee badge:
- Tap the Settings icon at the lower left.
- (Conditional) If the app is not in Admin mode, tap Switch to Admin Mode, < Admin Mode.
- Tap the Attendee tab icon.
- Search for the attendee, then tap the name to open the attendee profile.
- (Conditional) If the attendee has not checked in, tap Check-in and check in the attendee.
- (Conditional) If you need to edit the attendee profile, tap the name, make changes to the attendee profile, then tap Done.
- Tap Reprint Badge.
Register Attendees
On the Register tab, register attendees.
Note: Because the app cannot process payments, event staff must collect payment using RainFocus Admin. See “Collecting Payment” in this article.
To register an attendee:
- Tap the Settings icon at the lower left.
- (Conditional) If the app is not in Admin mode, tap Switch to Admin Mode, < Admin Mode.
- On the left, click the Register tab icon.
- Complete the registration form, then click Done.
Collect Payment
Event managers must collect payment onsite using RainFocus Admin.
Note: The Onsite in a Box app cannot process payments.
To collect payment using RainFocus Admin:
- In a web browser on a computer, sign in to RainFocus Admin at https://app.rainfocus.com.
- Navigate to Registration > Attendees.
- Search for an attendee and open the attendee’s profile.
- In the Orders tab, click Add Order.
- Choose the desired package, then click Next.
- Complete the payment information, then click Submit.
Switch Modes
As needed, you can switch the mode on an iPad.
To switch modes:
- After configuring the app, tap the Settings icon at the lower left.
- If required, enter your passcode.
- On the top right, tap Switch to Admin mode or Switch to Kiosk mode, depending on the mode the app is in.
- Click the (<) button to display the new mode.
