Depending on permissions, you can access leads from the Leads Portal. Typically, you can access the Leads Portal through the Exhibitor portal for the event, then select the Leads item from the menu or task.
- If you cannot view leads in the Leads Portal, you might not have sufficient permissions.
Reach out to the exhibitor contact for the event about permissions to view your company's leads.
- When you try to access your leads if you get the message "You aren't currently listed as an Exhibitor Booth Staff or Owner. Please contact email@example.com if you have questions about this", you do not have sufficient permissions: you are not added to the Exhibitor Profile or your Participant Role doesn't allow you to access the Leads Portal.
Reach out to someone who is already a Primary Owner on the Exhibitor Profile to add you to the profile or update your permission to Primary Owner.
