We ensure all lead data is synced upon the return of the device. The devices should be syncing throughout the day, but if you would like to perform a manual sync go to Settings in the Lead Retrieval app and click Data Sync > Sync Your Leads. If the device still won’t sync reach out to the Lead Retrieval help desk for assistance.
*Lead devices will occasionally capture unintentional duplicated scans. The final leads report available in the leads portal removes these unintentional duplicate scans.
