Approximately a week before the event, you will receive an email that includes instructions on picking up the device(s) onsite and about the hours and location of the Lead Retrieval desk.
Typically, the Leads Retrieval Desk location isn't known until just before the event. Most likely, the Lead Retrieval desk will be located near the Exhibitor services and match their hours.
As soon as the location of the Leads Retrieval desk is known, RainFocus will send instructions.
